The trip is fast approaching and is going to be a great one. Balances are due by November 16.

We are, as in previous years, having a pre party at the Doubletree International Plaza Hotel located on Dixon Road by the airport. Rooms have already been reserved for the group. You will need to contact the hotel directly if you will not be at the hotel before 6pm in order to keep your reservation.(416 244 1711).

Tickets will be available at the hotel the night before or if you need them earlier give me a call.

Our flight times are as follows...

January 21, 2008 Depart Toronto Terminal 3 TS658, 0715hrs arrive Panama 1225hrs.           January 28 or February 4, 2008 depart Panama TS659 1415hrs arrive Toronto 1920hrs.
